Second Saturday Trade Days is an open-air market where local artisans, craftsmen, and civic clubs can come together to set up shop in the downtown area to buy, sell and barter everything from quilts and furniture to baked goods. This will be adjacent to our local Farmers Market where produce and plants will be available.
Guidelines
The event will be held the second Saturday of each month beginning at 9:00 a.m. next to Carol’s Park in downtown Gray on Hwy 22.
First Come/First Serve --- each vendor application will be reviewed for approval.
Each vendor must provide display materials and be responsible for set-up/cover. No stakes permitted in the asphalt.
Electricity is very limited – if you require electricity and are approved, there will be an extra fee of $10.00 to cover the use of the electricity. No generators are permitted.
Space must be kept clean and orderly at all times, and must be left clean at the end of the day.
Come prepared for inclement weather….no rescheduling….no refunds.
No yard sale, flea market, or buy to sell items will be permitted. .0.0 Garden products such as flowers, herbs, plants, vegetables, fruits & berries will be sold at the Farmers Market at no charge to the vendor. Jones County businesses may set up at no charge to promote the business and/or sell products from the business, space permitted.
All other exhibitors/food vendors will be charged as follows: Civic Organizations - $5.00 Jones County Residents - $10.00 Outside Jones County - $15.00

The fee for set-up space will be refunded if you are not accepted. If you are accepted, the fee is nonrefundable unless the event is cancelled by the Second Saturday Trade Days Committee.

Checks should be made payable to GSBHT.
Application and money must be received in the Chamber office no later than seven (7) working days prior to the second Saturday of each month. You will be contacted only if approval cannot be granted.
