Vendor Agreement:

 

I/we, the undersigned, have read the attached guidelines carefully.  I/we, for and in consideration of permission and space to participate in Second Saturday Trade Days, agree to abide by them.  I/we understand that I/we will forfeit space without refund if I/we do not adhere to all guidelines and do not cooperate with the Second Saturday Trade Days Committee.

 

I/we will provide my/our own display equipment, set-up and any necessary support persons to assist in set-up, tear-down, and clean-up.

 

I/we understand it is my/our responsibility for payment and filing of any sales tax due on the sales that I/we make at this event.

 

I/we hereby release the Jones County/Gray Chamber of Commerce, Gray Station Better Hometown, Inc., Second Saturday Trade Days Committee, and all other associates and affiliates of the above-named, of any liabilities including but not limited to injury to person, loss or damage to property, whether by fire, weather, theft or any other cause, nor will I/we be a party to any law suit.
